Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a collection specialist? Do you speak English and French? Do you enjoy interacting with customers, but also investigating and resolving discrepancies?

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Collect outstanding payments and prioritize tasks.
- Create dispute cases based on customer communication.
- Provide regular updates on overdue customers.
- Manage incoming cheques/drafts.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal regulations.
