- Oversee the maintenance operations of the BIW workshop, ensuring the equipment and machinery function smoothly to support continuous production.

Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Lead and train the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and production goals.

- Monitor and control the maintenance budget, ensuring that repair and replacement activities are cost-effective.

Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to address urgent issues and implement strategies for improving overall operational reliability.

- 13th salary (pro-rated, 1/2 paid in June and 1/2 in December);
- Annual Bonus depending on performance and company's financial results (*2024 target = 10%*);
- Company car with a monthly fuel benefit of 250 EUR (employee pays Tax and Social security based on 1% of car value each month);
- Financial contribution for meals 6 EUR per day worked;
